Solidarity, unity, and sustainability through the Eagle Mission
The Eagle Mission was created with the goal of integrating departments, strengthening, and encouraging internal engagement in a light and collaborative way. Launched in July, the challenge will continue until September, when the group with the highest score will be rewarded. During this period, employees participated in various challenges, working together and cooperating towards a common goal.
In one of these stages, teams joined forces to collect plastic bottle caps and aluminum pull-tabs, with the help of family and friends. By the end of the challenge, more than 36 kg of materials were collected and donated to Organização Viver, an institution that has been supporting children and adolescents undergoing cancer treatment for over 24 years.
Through recycling, the resources obtained from the collection are converted into essential actions, such as:

Providing basic food baskets and whole milk

Psychological, nutritional, and dental support

Accommodation and meals during treatment

Medications not available through the public health system (SUS)

Prosthetics and recreational activities
This initiative represents more than just a collection: it symbolizes team unity, solidarity, and the promotion of sustainability.
